Debolt, whose last known address is unknown, you are hereby notified that you have been named as a defendant in a legal action captioned Credit Acceptance Corporation v. The Unknown Heirs, if any, of Robert L. DeBolt, et al. This action has been assigned case number 2022 CV 05026 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio located at 41 N. Perry Street, Dayton OH 45422. Plaintiff Credit Acceptance Corporation ("Plaintiff") seeks a declaratory judgment against the above named defendants specifically pertaining to title to a vehicle for which Robert L. DeBolt, now deceased, signed a contract with Plaintiff. You are required to answer or respond to the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the publication or at such other time after the publication that is set as the time to appear or within which to respond after service of such pleading or other document. The publication shall be published at least once a week for six successive weeks. Service of process shall be deemed complete at the date of the last publication. In case of your failure to answer or respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default may be default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
