Antoniolli, whose last known address is 1060 Morse Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45246, will take notice that on March 15, 2023, FIG20, LLC FBO SEC PTY, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2023 CV 01319, Montgomery County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Estate of Phillip M. Antoniolli, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below: Premises commonly known as: 3000 Wayne Ave, Dayton, OH 45420 Parcel No.: R72 14807 0073 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
