O`Brien And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Marianna L. O` Brien, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Premises commonly known as: 2224 Farmside Dr, Dayton, OH 45420 Parcel No.: N64 01002 0042 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
