SIMMONS, WHOSE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS IS 4414 EASTWOOD DR., APT. 6302, BATAVIA, OH 45103-2400, AND JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN TENANT, WHOSE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS IS 774 STATE ROUTE 22&3, MORROW, OH 45152, will take notice that on the 4th day of November, 2020, Barney Wright, Treasurer of Warren County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Ohio, at 500 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio, 45036, in Case No. 20CV93747 on the docket of said Court, demanding judgment in the amount of $10,352.53, plus accrued taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest and court costs; and, Plaintiff is seeking an order of foreclosure against the following described real estate: Sidwell No. 17-36-401-015 Account No. 2615584 Situated in Hamilton Township, Warren County, Ohio, and being a part of Military Survey #1546 and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of the 3-C Highway, at the southeast corner of the former Alma Burke lands, as per Deed Book 117, page 459, witness an iron pin bears N. 5 deg. 48' E. 40 feet; thence running S. 70 deg. 55' W. with the centerline of the 3-C Highway 383.80 feet to a point and the real place of beginning for this conveyance. (1) thence from the real point S. 70 deg. 55' W. with said centerline 110 feet to a point; (2) thence N. 19 deg.05' W. 283 feet to a point; (3) thence N. 70 deg. 55' E. 110 feet to a point; (4) thence S. 19 deg. 05' E. 283 feet to the place of beginning, containing Seventy-One Hundredths (0.71) of an acre.
