DEFENDANTS, namely THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, NEXT OF KIN, SPOUSES OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, CREDITORS, GUARDIANS OF INCOMPETENT HEIRS, SPOUSES, AND/OR ASSIGNS OF DENNIE EDWARD FITZGERALD, DECEASED, IF ANY, WHOSE NAMES AND ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN, will take notice that on the 3rd day of June, 2022, Barney Wright, Treasurer of Warren County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Ohio, at 500 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio, 45036, in Case No. 22CV95203 on the docket of said Court, demanding judgment in the amount of $1,989.05, plus accrued taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest and court costs; and, Plaintiff is seeking an order of foreclosure against the following described real estate: Sidwell No. 04-31-132-003 Account No. 2100533 Tract 1: Situate in the City of Franklin, Township of Franklin, Range 5N, Town 2E, Section 31, in the County of Warren and State of Ohio, and being Lot 538 on the Revised Plat of said Village, Plat Book 2, Pages 17-37, Warren County Plat Records. Save and Except: 6 feet, more or less, taken by parallel lines off the north end of Lot Number Five Hundred Thirty-Eight (538) as the same are known and designated on the Revised Plat of said City, Plat Book 2, Pages 17-37, Warren County Plat Records. Leaving a remainder of 0.06 Acres by calculation. ALSO Tract 2: The real estate Situate in the City of Franklin, Township of Franklin, Range SN, Town 2E, Section 31, in the County of Warren and State of Ohio, and being a part of Lot No. 539 of the Revised Plat of said City, Plat Book 2, Pages 17-37, Warren County Plat Records Commencing at the Northwest comer of said lot thence Southwardly with the West line of said Lot One (1) foot to a point in said West line thence Eastwardly and parallel with the North line of said Lot 100 feet to a point; thence Northwardly and parallel with the West line of said Lot One (1) foot; thence Westwardly with the North line of said Lot 100 feet to the place of beginning and now.
