LEGAL NOTICE Benjamin Haws vs. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, et al. Case No. 18 CV 091683 Notice is hereby given to Defendant, Direct Expediting, Inc., last known address 5720 Gateway Blvd., #104, Mason, OH 45040, that on December 27, 2018, Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company filed its Cross-Claim in the above­referenced Court and cause alleging among other things that on August 23, 2017 when Co-Defendant Direct Expediting, Inc., was guilty of negligence, which negligence was the primary and active cause of any damages, complained of by the Plaintiff, and Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company is entitled to judgment against Co-Defendant Direct Expediting, Inc., for contribution, apportionment and/ or indemnification of the full amount of any sums for which it may be adjudged liable to the Plaintiff, plus the costs of defending this action, including reasonable attorneys fees and further relief for which it may be entitled. Direct Expediting, Inc., shall set up any defense to the Cross-Claim or be forever barred and judgment be rendered for default. Said Defendant will take notice that he is required to answer said Cross-Claim on or before the 28th day after the last day of publication of this notice or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
