LEGAL NOTICE Defendant Andrea Christensen will take notice that on November 8, 2019, John Rabbitt and Margaret Rabbitt filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Warren County, Ohio in Case No. 19CV092807, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief in the Complaint is for a partition by sale of the following described real estate to wit: Property Address: 4652 Courtyard Drive, Mason, OH 45040 Parcel #: 12-31-438-038 Situated in the County of Warren In the State of Ohio, #28 of the Ashley Commons Condominium, Phase D as set forth in Plat Book 42 Pages 13 and 14 of the plat records of Warren County, Ohio the Declaration and By-Laws for which Condominium are recorded In Official Record Volume 1460, Page 171 of the deed records of Warren County, Ohio together with the percentage of ownership in the common areas and facilities accompanying the ownership of such unit. The Declaration may be amended from time to time, which percentage lnterest shall automatically change in accordance with the amended declarations as the same are filed of record pursuant to said Declaration.
