Canal Dr., Turlock, CA 95380, and unknown administrators and representatives of Souza's Properties Inc.; Defendant, Unknown Tenants, whose present or last known address is 548 Lexington Ave., Dayton, OH 45402, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Tenants and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Tenants; Above-listed Defendants take notice: on July 15, 2022 the Prosecuting Attorney of Montgomery County, Ohio, in the name of Plaintiff as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed a real estate tax foreclosure complaint, Case Number 2022 BR 00024, in the Board of Revision of Montgomery County, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45402, (937) 496-3389. The Complaint alleges that delinquent real estate taxes stand charged against Permanent Parcel Number R72 07704 0018; that these parcels constitute abandoned lands per Ohio Revised Code, Sections 323.65 - 323.79; that the parcels will be transferred or conveyed to a political subdivision, land reutilization corporation, school district or eligible community development organization or sold at a public auction if not redeemed by owner or other Defendants; that the transfer, sale or conveyance will occur per R.C. 323.65 - 323.79, and that parcel owner or other Defendants may redeem the listed parcels by paying the full amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, costs, and applicable and permissible charges incurred ("Impositions"), against the land at any time before transfer or conveyance of the parcel, or confirmation of sale per R.C. 323.65 - 323.79 et seq., or any time before expiration of the alternative redemption period per R.C. 323.65(J) and 323.78(A)-(C). The Office of the Montgomery County Clerk of Courts will maintain the official case file and case docket for this real estate tax foreclosure. All pleadings, petitions, documents and papers associated with this foreclosure and filed by an interested party shall be filed with the Clerk, and become part of the Board of Revision case file herein. Any owner of record may, at any time on or before the fourteenth day after service of process is perfected, file a pleading with the Clerk requesting that the Board of Revision transfer this case to a court of competent jurisdiction, so that the case can be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
