Perry Street Dayton, Ohio 45422 James Sexton, Executor of the Estate of John David Sexton vs. HEALTH CARE FACILITY MANAGEMENT LLC d/b/a "CommuniCare Family of Companies," SUMMITT (OHIO) LEASING CO., LLC d/b/a "Wood Glen Alzheimer's Community" and Vanesha Rice Case No. 2019 CV 02598 Vanesha Rice, whose residence and last known address is 100 Santa Clara Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45405, and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on June 5, 2019, Plaintiff, James Sexton, Executor of the Estate of John David Sexton filed a Complaint and Jury Demand in Case No. 2019 CV 02598, in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, Civil Division, 41 N. Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, against Vanesha Rice, alleging serious legal wrongdoing and demanding a substantial judgment against you in connection with the beating of James Sexton. You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for six consecutive weeks. The last publication will be made on November 22, 2019 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
