LEGAL NOTICE Harry Hardwick, whose last known address is 6726 Post Town Rd, Dayton, OH 45426 3134; and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Harry Hardwick, whose last known address is 6726 Post Town Rd, Dayton, OH 45426 3134 will take notice that on November 16, 2018, Plaintiff Tax Redevelopment, LLC filed its Complaint in Case No. 2018 CV 05359 in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio located at 41 N. Perry Street, Dayton, OH 45422-2150. Plaintiff alleges that it is the holder of certain delinquent real estate tax lien(s) on the property known as 4 Miller Ave, Dayton, OH 45417 and identified as Montgomery County Auditor's Parcel Numbers H33300821 0013, 0014 and H33300821 0123, 0124 (the "Property") and that as of November 16, 2018, there is due and unpaid thereon the sum of $19,427.16, plus all accrued but unpaid interest while this case is pending, plus court costs, attorneys' fees, advances, and other charges as allowed by law. Plaintiff alleges that it is the holder of the first and best lien on the Property, that it has complied with all conditions precedent to filing this action, and that Plaintiff is entitled to have said lien(s) foreclosed and the Property sold. Plaintiff further alleges that each of the defendants may have or may claim to have an interest in the Property. Plaintiff's Complaint prays for the right to foreclose on the Property and that all parties be required to set forth their interest in the property or be forever barred from asserting a claim. Plaintiff therefore prays that the above listed defendants be required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint. The last date of Publication is January 24, 2019. The following defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication: (i) Harry Hardwick; and (ii) Unknown Spouse, if any, of Harry Hardwick.
