Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402, alleging that, amongst other things, the Defendants, Raul C. Sandoval and John Doe, Name Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Raul C. Sandoval, and their unknown spouses, and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Raul C. Sandoval may claim to have an interest in the real property as further described as follows: SITUATE IN THE CITY OF DAYTON, COUNTY OF MONTGOMERY, IN THE STATE OF OHIO AND BEING LOT NUMBERED FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE (58445) OF THE CONSECUTIVE NUMBERS OF LOTS ON THE REVISED PLAT OF THE CITY OF DAYTON, OHIO.
