Summers aka Richard Summers aka Richard Summers, deceased. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 02301 0010, R72 02301 0011, and R72 02301 0013. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 21st day of August, 2023 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
