Schaefer, III, will take notice that on the 23rd day of August, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 3685, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Carl Clarence Schaefer, III a/k/a Carl C. Schaefer, III. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. H33 022102 0009, H33 02212 0013, H33 02211 0014. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 24th day of January, 2020 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
