Legal Notice Unknown Spouse of Darcie Keith, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Darcie Keith and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Darcie Keith, Sidra Shah, whose last known address was 2889 Donnylane Boulevard, Columbus, Ohio 43235, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Sidra Shah and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Sidra Shah, will take notice that on the 3rd of March 2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2022 CV 970, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Darcie Keith. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 10205 0042, R72 10205 0043 and R72 10205 0044. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 3rd day of February, 2023 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
