Legal Notice Unknown Spouse of Edward Payne, Jr., whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Edward Payne, Jr. and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Edward Payne, Jr., Unknown Spouse of Danny Payne, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Danny Payne and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Danny Payne, will take notice that on the 20th October 2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2022 CV 4766, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Edward Payne, Jr. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. E21 17207A0095. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 10th day of February, 2023 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
