Holloway, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Henry Holloway a/k/a Henry W. Holloway; Unknown Spouse of Sabrina Holloway Johnson, whose last known address was address unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Sabrina Holloway Johnson, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Sabrina Holloway Johnson, will take notice that on the 6th day of May, 2017, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019CV2013 in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Henry Holloway a/k/a Henry W. Holloway. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
