Legal Notice Unknown Spouse of Richard Snyder, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Richard Snyder, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Richard Snyder, will take notice that on the 24th day of December, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 6131, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Richard Snyder. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
