Greene, deceased, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of William C. Greene, deceased; Unknown Spouse of William C. Greene, deceased, whose last known address was address unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of William C. Greene, deceased, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of William C. Greene, deceased, will take notice that on the 4th day of April, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 1513, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against William C. Greene, deceased. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 13404 0017 and R72 13404 0017. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 26th day of July, 2019 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for. RUSSELL M.
