Piatt, Deceased, Names Unknown, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on April 30, 2019, Pathways Financial Credit Union, Inc., successor in interest by merger to Incenta Federal Credit Union, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshaling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Clark County, Ohio, 101 N. Limestone St., Springfield, Ohio 45502, being Case No. 19CV0244 against Kathy A. Piatt, Deceased, et al. praying for judgment in the amount of $18,610.28 with interest thereon according to the terms of the Note from April 22, 2019 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendants, Kathy A. Piatt, Deceased, is the owner of: Real estate located at 647-K Villa Road, Springfield, OH 45503 as further described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded on October 6, 2015 in OR Book 2067, Page 1779 of the Mortgage Records of Clark County, Ohio. and that the aforementioned Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Clark County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Springfield News-Sun and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Pathways Financial Credit Union, Inc., successor in interest by merger to Incenta Federal Credit Union, is entitled. Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is given. Said Defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight days after the publication. Said Defendants will take notice that you are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 16th day of August, 2019, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
