Kendrick aka Mary Frances Kendrick, Deceased, Names Unknown, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on November 10, 2019, River Valley Credit Union Inc. filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio, 41 N. Perry St., Dayton, Ohio 45422 being Case No. 2019 CV 05325 against Mary F. Kendrick aka Mary Frances Kendrick, et al. praying for judgment in the amount of $10,091.92 with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from November 7, 2019 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendant, Mary Frances Kendrick is the owner of: Real estate located at 316 Roxbury Road, Dayton, OH 45417 as further described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded on September 22, 2006 in Instrument No. 2006-00088364 of the Mortgage Records of Montgomery County, Ohio. and that the aforementioned Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Montgomery County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Dayton Daily News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which River Valley Credit Union Inc. is entitled. Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is given. Said Defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight days after the publication. Said Defendants will take notice that you are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 9th day of March, 2020 or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
