Smith, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on August 26, 2019, First National Bank of Germantown, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshaling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Warren County, Ohio, 500 Justice Dr., Lebanon, OH 45036, being Case No. 19CV092552 against Pennye Kaye Smith, Deceased, et al. praying for judgment in the amount of.$43,981.98 with interest thereon according to the terms of the Note from July 11, 2019 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendant, Pennye Kaye Smith is the owner of: Real estate located at 401 West Lomar Avenue, Carlisle, OH 45005 as further described in Plaintiffs mortgage recorded on October 2, 2017 in Instrument Number 2017-030143 of the Mortgage Records of Warren County, Ohio. and that the aforementioned Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Warren County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in The Western Star and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiffs judgment and for such other relief to which First National Bank of Germantown is entitled.
