CASE NO. 20 CV 0060 To the Defendants Edward E. Rogers, Mary Joan Rogers, aka Joan Rogers, the unknown spouse, if any, of Edward E. Rogers and the unknown spouse, if any, of Mary Joan Rogers, aka Joan Rogers, whose last known address is 3781 Saint Paris Pike, Springfield, Ohio 45504, whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained: Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 29th day of January, 2020. Adkins and Brittaney A. Shuster in the amount of $96,121.15 plus interest at the rate of 4.750% per annum from June 1, 2019 and costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 26th day of February, 2020.
