The object of the Complaint is to seek judgment against you for personal injury caused by you on or about January 8, 2019, and the prayer is for judgment against you in an amount in excess of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) plus all other relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled under the law.
