Columbia St., #515, Springfield, OH 45502 alleging that Michael W. Smoot, Decedent, and the Heirs and Devisees of Michael W. Smoot, Decedent are the owners of the premises known as 345 W. Liberty St., Springfield, OH 45503, Parcel No. 340-07-00034-310-001; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore plaintiff demands that the premises located at 345 W. Liberty St., Springfield, OH 45503 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees and such further equitable and other relief as the Court determines Plaintiff is entitled.
