Limestone St. Springfield, Ohio 45502 Clark County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas Plaintiff: Ditech Financial LLC Defendants: Unknown Heirs, Legatees, and Devisees, if any, of Stephen E. Mougey aka Steve E. Mougey Case No. 19CV0266 Judge O'Neill Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as the Defendants in the above-named court by filing its Complaint on May 14, 2019 . The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against Defendants. The prayer is that Plaintiff be found to have a good and valid first lien on the within described premises in the amount as set forth in the complaint and accrued interest and penalties, if any; that each of the Defendants be required to answer setting up their interest, if any, in said premises, or be forever barred from asserting same; that unless the amount found due the Plaintiff be paid within a reasonable time to be named by the Court, the equity of redemption of said Defendants shall be foreclosed and an order of sale issued to the Plaintiff for it to be directed to sell said premises as upon execution, and for such other relief as Plaintiff may be entitled. Situate in the Township of Springfield, County of Clark, State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows: Being part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 5, Range 9, M.R.S. Beginning at a point 100 feet South of the intersection of the West marginal line of the Burnett Road with the South marginal line of a 60 foot street designated as Rockett Avenue on Jas. J.Wood's Plat of his lands in said Township; running thence South 4°12' West, with the West marginal line of said Burnett Road, 150 feet; thence North 85°29' West 615.02 feet; thence North 4°12' East 150 feet; thence South 85°28' East 615.02 feet to the place of beginning, containing 2.05 acres. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for three successive weeks, and the last publication will be made on June 27, 2019. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
