Jones, Deceased you will take notice that on the 2nd day of August, 2019, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, 315 High Street, Hamilton, OH 45011, being Case No. CV 2019 08 1527, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $56,667.02, plus interest at 5.09% per annum from November 27, 2018, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1406 Wichita Dr S, Hamilton, OH 45013, being permanent parcel number L5300012000009. Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
