Now comes Plaintiff, Ulber Emin DeLeon Roblero, and for his Complaint for Divorce herein hereby states that prior to the filing this Complaint for Divorce, Plaintiff was a resident of the State of Ohio for at least six ( 6) months and residents of Clark County for at least ninety (90) days. 2. Plaintiff states that the parties were married on or about February 7, 2020 in Springfield, Ohio and there have been no children born during the parties' marriage who were minors at the time of the filing of the Complaint for Divorce. Upon information and belief, Defendant is not currently pregnant. 3. Plaintiff states as grounds for divorce that Defendant is guilty of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty and there are irreconcilable differences between the Plaintiff and Defendant making them incompatible, by reason of which the Plaintiff is entitled to a divorce and other relief as herein prayed for, the particulars of which will be made known to this Court upon hearing said cause. 4. Plaintiff states that she and the Defendant have accumulated assets and debts throughout the course of their marriage. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests the Court to make an equitable division of :the parties' property; to make an equitable division of the parties' joint and/or individual debt; reasonable attorney fees and costs; and for such other and further relief to which the Plaintiff may be entitled to either in law or in equity.
