Advertisement for Bids for Food Service Management Board ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF EDUCATION HAMILTON CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT HAMILTON, OHIO 45011 O.R.C. 3313.81 Electronic proposals are to be submitted by 3:00 EST on the 6th day of May 2024 to Jeremy Frazier, Treasurer jfrazier@hcsdoh.org and Jeff Kilby, Director of Business Operations jkilby@hcsdoh.org or a Separate, sealed bids will be received by the Treasurer of the Board of Education of Hamilton City School District, Butler County, Ohio until 3:30 pm EST on the 6th day of May, 2024 at which time they will be opened at the Board of Education Office, 533 Dayton Street, Hamilton, Ohio and publicly read aloud and tabulated, and a report thereof made by the Treasurer of the said Board at its next meeting for the following: FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT, BOARD OF EDUCATION HAMILTON CITY SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Copies of the specification, instruction to bidders, and proposal forms may be obtained at the pre-bid meeting on April 15, 2024, at 10:00 am EST at the Board of Education, 533 Dayton Street, Hamilton, Ohio, 45011. Each bid must contain the name of each and every person interested therein. All bids must contain a notarized statement that the proposal submitted conforms to the United States Department of Agriculture Regulation and Section 3313.81 O.R.C. Each bid shall be conditioned that if it is accepted, a contract, properly secured by the performance bond, shall be entered into. No bids may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
