There will be a Non- Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on February 15, 2024 beginning at 11:00 AM located at the Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport, 1251 Blee Rd., Springfield, OH 45502. Said work and each bid submitted shall comply strictly to the specifications and instructions to bidders available on Bid Express, for use by the prospective bidder. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all City of Springfield projects.
