Advertisement for Proposals Proposals will be received at the Business Operations Office, Middletown City Schools, One Donham Plaza, Fourth Floor, Middletown, Ohio 45042 until 12:00 p.m. on July 19, 2024 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for: Proposals from qualified contractors to operate the food service program for all buildings in the Middletown City School District, Middletown, Ohio. No proposals shall be considered if they arrive after the time noted above. Proposals must be in accordance with the Request for Proposal and Contract Invitation available from the Middletown City School District, Middletown, Ohio 45042. The said Request for Proposal and Contract Invitation is available on the Middletown City School District website at www.middletowcityschools.com Only email questions during the bidding process shall be considered and shall be addressed to Eric Sotzing, Business Manager, Middletown City School District, esotzing@middletowncityschools.com. All questions must be received by Noon, EST, On June 14, 2024. Field inspection of the existing facilities will be required on June 11, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. EST at The Middletown City School High School Kitchen located at 601 N. Breiel Blvd, Middletown, Ohio 45042. The Middletown City School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept any bid that is deemed most favorable to the District at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
