Bids will be publicly opened via BidExpress at 2:00 p.m. MOT Danube Bridge Rehabilitation PID 114100 CITY PROJECT NUMBER 03-924A Bids will be received via the Bid Express website. Bid specifications and plans are only available through Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com. A digital ID along with a per bid fee or monthly subscription will be required for bidders to submit an electronic bid. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this Project. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a bid bond equal to or exceeding five percent of the total bid amount. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliant with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Requirement.
