City of Oxford Request for Proposals The City of Oxford invites your firm's proposal for the Design and Surveying Services for Part 1: Oxford Area Trail Phase III, and Part 2: Oxford Area Trail Phase IV Westside Connector. Sealed proposals, clearly marked "Design and Surveying Services for Part 1: Oxford Area Trail Phase III, and Part 2: Oxford Area Trail Phase IV Westside Connector" will be received by the city of Oxford, Ohio in the office of the Service Director, until Friday, January 17, 2020 at 11:00 am EST. A detailed Request for Proposals is available by visiting www.cityofoxford.org. Hard copies can be purchased at the City of Oxford Service Department for a non-refundable fee of $30.00. The City of Oxford reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in a proposal, to hold any proposal sixty (60) days before accepting same and to accept that proposal which is deemed in the sole discretion of the City of Oxford to be the lowest and/or best proposal.
