Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) is seeking competitive, electronic proposals from qualified profit and not-for profit organizations and public agencies, interested in contracting with COA to provide consultation services. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for consultation services to examine and provide recommendations to address delays in service delivery as outlined in the RFP.
