Invitation for Proposals The Miami County Auditor will be accepting proposals for Miami County's 2024 and 2025 New Construction/Maintenance Program and the 1/1/2025 Revaluation Program, in the County Auditor's office, 201 West Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373, until 12:00 p.m., EST, February 7, 2023. Proposals will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter. Proposers may obtain one set of criteria, free of charge, from the Miami County Auditor's office, 201 West Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday (937-440-3563). All proposals must be submitted to the Miami County Auditor and delivered to 201 West Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373, before 12:00 p.m., EST, February 7, 2023. Proposals will be opened on this date and at the above time, but the contract will be awarded after examination of the proposals at a later date. The Miami County Auditor reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and if in the interest of the County to waive defects in proposals.
