LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Sealed bids will be received in the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, 9th floor, County Administration Building, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, until 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, 2024, for Project No. 130012-46, Eastern Regional Water Reclamation Facility Stormwater Pump Replacement (PP-1325), for Montgomery County. Said bids will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can begin in the West Small Conference Room, 9th floor of the County Administration Building. Specifications are available by accessing the Montgomery County Website at: A Bid Bond is not required. A Performance Bond is not required. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "PP-1325, Project No. 130012-46 ERWRF Stormwater Pump Replacement" and must have the full name and address of the bidder on the envelope. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
