LEGAL NOTICE OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO ITB 22-09-012 Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Butler County Commissioner's Office, 315 High Street, 6th Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 until 10:30 am, local time, on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud in the Commissioners' Chambers, located on the 2nd Floor of the Butler County Government Services Center, for Contract 22-09-012, Records Center Boiler Replacement. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 19, 2022, on site at 11:00 am. Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Butler County Commissioners; or by query at: www.butlercountycommissioners.org. Bidders shall submit with their bid, a bid guaranty in the form of a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid as described in the contract documents. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities; to reject any and all bids or any portion of a bid; or to accept the bid of the lowest and best bidder as determined by the Board. Butler County reserves the right to award bids to multiple bidders. Bidders may receive bid awards for some but not all of the items on the specified list.
