LEGAL NOTICE OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF BUTLER COUNTY, OH Contract No. JC2024-03-01 Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Butler County Commissioner's Office, 315 High Street, 6th Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 until 10:30 a.m., local time, on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud in the Commissioners' Chambers, located on the 2nd Floor of the Butler County Government Services Center, for Contract JC2024-03-01, Juvenile Justice Center Security System Upgrades. There is a pre-bid meeting scheduled Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 2:00 pm, at the Juvenile Justice Center, located at 280 North Fair Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, 45011. Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Butler County Commissioners; or by query at: Each bid shall bear on its face the Name and Address of the Bidder and shall be plainly marked "Juvenile Justice Center Security System Upgrades - BID on Contract No. JC2024-03-01." Bidders shall submit with their bid, a bid guaranty in the form of a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid as described in the bid documents. This is a State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rate project. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities; to reject any and all bids or any portion of a bid; or to accept the bid of the lowest and best bidder as determined by the Board. Butler County reserves the right to award bids to multiple bidders. Bidders may receive bid awards for some but not all of the items on the specified list.
