Legal Notice- Solicitation of Design-Build Proposals The Hanover Township Board of Trustees is accepting Design-Build Proposals for the replacement of the Hanover Township Memorial Park Restroom at 1880 Morman Road in response to Design-Build Performance Specifications prepared by Luminaut Architects Cincinnati, Ohio. Candidates for responding to this request for Design-Build Proposals shall provide a complete and accurate proposal on or before 2:00PM on April 22, 2024 Instructions, specs and drawings may be obtained by calling 513-896-9059 #1 to arrange for pick up of the documents at the Township Administration Offices located at 2595 Old Oxford Road Hamilton, Ohio 45013 or on the Township website at www.hanovertownshipohio.org.
