LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS SALE OF CITY OWNED REAL ESTATE SITUATED AT 449 SOUTH MAIN STREET, FRANKLIN, OHIO WARREN COUNTY 2020 PARCEL #: 04-31-131-017 Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received by the City of Franklin, Ohio, until September 9, 2020, at 1:00 p.m., for the sale of City owned real estate situated at 449 South Main Street, Franklin, Ohio, according to the Bid Invitation, General Information, Schedule of Real Estate, Special Terms of Sale, General Terms of Sale, Instructions to Bidders and Bid Forms, provided in the Bid Packets. Bidders interested in bidding on this Project must obtain a Bid Packet directly from the City. At this time, Bid Packets may be picked up at the City Administration Building, 1 Benjamin Franklin Way, Franklin, OH 45005, (937) 746-9921 (or by appointment only should the building become otherwise closed as a result of the COVID-19 declared State of Emergency during the four week advertising period). Bid Packets are also available for download on the City's website at www.franklinohio.org and may also be received via secure link email from Law Director Lynnette Dinkler, (ldinkler@franklinohio.org 937-746-1301). Bids shall be delivered by mail to City Administration Building, 1 Benjamin Franklin Way, Franklin, OH 45005 or by hand depositing in the drop box marked "Water & Tax Drop Box" located outside the City Administration Building. No Bid shall be considered unless it is accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the bid and shall be enclosed with the sealed Bid in the form of a cashier's or certified check made payable to the order of the "City of Franklin, Ohio." Proposals will be opened and read publicly on September 9, 2020 at 1:01 p.m. EST at the City Administration Building. The City of Franklin reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any discrepancies or irregularities in the Bids.
