NOBLE (f.k.a. Residences at Gateway) multi-family development Public Improvements at Aviation Way & Imagination Blvd. West Chester, OH NP West Chester MF Land, LLC (Northpoint Development) is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed contractors interested in performing the public improvements scope of work associated with Aviation Way road extension in West Chester, OH. This extension of Aviation Way starts at the intersection of Aviation Way and Imagination Blvd and extends West and is adjacent to the NOBLE (formerly known as "Residences at Gateway) multi-family development located just to the North of the extension. This scope of work shall generally consist of the following, but not limited to: erosion control, grading, public utilities, back-fill, stone & asphalt placement, concrete curbs, public sidewalk construction, asphalt striping and signage, as well as topsoil placement & seeding/landscaping. Work shall commence by June 5, 2024, and be completed and turned over by December 1, 2024. All work to be per West Chester Twp. specifications. Currently the adjacent private development is under construction (mass cut/fill operations 75% complete). Contractor to coordinate work with General Contractor working on adjacent buildings to maintain access for the site, and cleanliness. All work must be State Prevailing Wage Rates. All reporting requirements per West Chester Township to apply. A pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at the field construction office on 5/8/24 at 1:00pm. Bidders are encouraged, but not required to attend. Any questions or clarifications to be submitted by 4:00pm on 5/10/24. Responses will be distributed to all bidders who have accepted the invitation. Bids are due 5/15/22 at 3:00pm. Submissions will be accepted electronically.
