NOTICE TO BIDDERS Grant Park Pedestrian Bridges Sealed and signed bids will be accepted by the Centerville -Washington Park District (Washington Township Park District), until 10:00 AM, local time, on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 221 N. Main Street, Centerville, OH 45459, for all labor, material, and services necessary for the completion of the specified project. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly after the bid deadline and read immediately thereafter. Contract Documents are available at Arc - Central Reprographics, for a fee to be determined by Arc - Central, phone: 1-937-277-7930 or online at www.e-arc.com/oh/daytonwww.e-arc.com/oh/dayton.com A pre-bid meeting will take place at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 2, on site at 501 Normandy Ridge Rd, Dayton, OH 45459, behind the elementary school. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do apply for this project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Park District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder. 4-22,4-29/2024
