NOTICE TO BIDDERS: REVISED West Chester Township (the "Township") invites proposals from Vendors with expertise and experience in local government emergency medical service revenue cycle to include billing, coding, accounts receivable, reimbursement, and compliance services. West Chester Township intends to select a single provider to accomplish all the services outlined in this request. Proposals for EMS Billing Services to West Chester Township, Butler County, Ohio, will be received by Jenna Whittaker at the Administrative Offices located at 9113 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, West Chester, Ohio 45069. Response packages will be accepted until May 31, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. and must include one original and one electronic copy of the complete proposal. The electronic copy MUST be combined as a single file. The proposal should be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the following information on the outside of the submittal envelope: the name and address of the respondent, as well as "West Chester Township RFP EMS Billing." The last day to submit questions is May 14, 2024. All questions are to be sent to jwhittaker@westchesteroh.org. If needed, an addendum will be posted to the Township website by May 20, 2024. The proposal is due by 4:00 P.M. on May 31, 2024. On May 31, 2024, the bids will be opened and publicly read at 4:15 P.M. The tentative award of the contract will be June 11, 2024. No proposals will be entertained unless submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP. West Chester Township reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to award contracts to the bidder they deem most capable of meeting the requirements contained in the RFP.
