NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by Sinclair Community College, Purchasing Department, Building 7, Room 7324, 444 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45402 until Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 2:00 pm local time for: PROJECT NO. 24-01 MEMBRANE REPLACEMENT BUILDINGS 4, 5, 6 & 8 SINCLAIR COMMUNITY COLLEGE At this time, all Bids will be opened at Sinclair Building 17, Room 17140, and read aloud. The Contract Documents were prepared by: THP LIMITED, INC., 100 EAST EIGHTH STREET, CINCINNATI, OH 45202. Office: (513) 241-3222; Fax:(513) 241-2981; bwalker@thpltd.com Bids will be received for: Trade Estimate General Contract $1,620,000 All communication with regard to this bid must be directed in writing to the aforementioned firm. This project is subject to the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission's "State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction," Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. Bidders are required to be enrolled in and to be in good standing in DFSP approved by the OBWC prior to submitting a Bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee equivalent to the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, by certified check or bid guarantee and contract bond made payable to Sinclair Community College. Full Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Bonds are required. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Sinclair Community College, Building 17 - Shop Area behind Conference Room 17140, 444 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45402. The Contractor will be responsible for all scheduling and coordination, as well as all other services and requirements identified in the Contract Documents.
