Notice to Bidders: West Chester Township (The "Township")

NOTICE TO BIDDERS: West Chester Township (the "Township") invites proposals from Vendors with expertise and experience in the Collection, Disposal, and Processing of Residential Solid Waste and Recycling. West Chester Township intends to select a single provider to accomplish all the services outlined in this request. Proposals for Residential Solid Waste and Recycling to West Chester Township, Butler County, Ohio, will be received by Jenna Whittaker at the Administrative Offices located at 9113 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, West Chester, Ohio 45069. Response packages will be accepted until May 10, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. and must include one original and one copy of the complete proposal. The proposal should be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the following information on the outside of the submittal envelope: The Bidder's name and address shall be marked in the upper left-hand corner, and the words "SEALED BID FOR SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING" shall be clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner of the sealed envelope or packet The last day to submit questions is April 24, 2024. All questions are to be sent to jwhittaker@westchesteroh.org. If needed, an addendum will be posted to the Township website by April 26, 2024. The proposal is due by 11:00 A.M. on May 10, 2024. On May 10, 2024, the bids will be opened and publicly read at 11:15 A.M. No proposals will be entertained unless submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP. West Chester Township reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to award contracts to the bidder they deem most capable of meeting the requirements contained in the RFP.
