Public Notice Sealed bids will be received by the Turtlecreek Township Board of Trustees for the Turtlecreek Township Fire Station Project. Contract Documents, which include additional details, maybe acquired from the Architect / Engineer at KZF Design by emailing Erin Baird at erin.baird@kzf.com. Copies of the Contract Documents will be available for purchase at the non-refundable cost of printing plus shipping, if requested. Addenda will be issued only to those obtaining complete sets of documents. The Contract Documents will also be available through the Builders Exchange of Ohio. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Turtlecreek Township Board of Trustees, c/o Tammy Boggs, Administrator 670 N. St. Rt. 123 Lebanon, Ohio 45036, and plainly marked on the outside " TURTLECREEK TOWNSHIP FIRE STATION PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 10:00 AM EST on April 26, 2024. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do apply.
