RFP 24-021 LEGAL NOTICE On June 3, 2024, DPSD will post a formal solicitation, RFP 24-021 to procure Welcome Stadium Management Consultant Services for Dayton Public Schools at https://dps.bonfirehub.com . All interested parties, potential Respondents, and those seeking to do business are hereby notified that this website will be updated periodically to include additional documentation and must be checked regularly to receive updated information regarding this solicitation. A virtual re-proposal conference will be held June 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.., est. Details about joining the pre-proposal conference via teleconference will be included in the RFP. All interested parties are encouraged to participate. Questions regarding this solicitation will be accepted only through Bonfire up until to June 14, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., est. Sealed Proposals to provide Welcome Stadium Management Consultant Services for DPSD will be accepted up until June 24, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., est. Responses must be submitted electronically at https://dps.bonfirehub.com . Firms submitting Proposals must be approved by the Human Relations Council of the City of Dayton and must submit with their Response evidence of such approval. Based on Ohio Revised Code 5719.042, DPSD requires that all firms submit with their Response an affidavit affirming status of delinquency on property taxes. DPSD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals resulting from above.
