SECTION I Advertisement for Request for Proposal and Statement of Qualifications #24-15 / 119986 EV Fast Charge Stations for Department of Infrastructure City of Hamilton, Ohio Sealed Proposals and Request for Qualifications will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Hamilton, Ohio, One Renaissance Center, Finance Department, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, until two (2) o'clock p.m., local time, on the 31st day of May, 2024. The City of Hamilton, Ohio, is requesting proposals and statements of qualifications from a qualified EV Equipment provider or team of providers to contract with the City to provide electric DC Fast charging station equipment. It is the intention of the City to contract the services of a firm that at a minimum, will provide: Provide (DCFC) Fast charging equipment for public use in the City of Hamilton. The Installation of equipment will be completed by the City of Hamilton team. The City of Hamilton has (2) Two location sites that are planned to install DCFC. Copies of the "Request for Proposal and Statement of Qualifications" documents may be obtained from www.bidexpress.com and the Office of the Purchasing Agent, One Renaissance Center, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the City of Hamilton, Ohio.
