8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 is the Deadline to Submit an Absentee Ballot Request for the March 19, 2024 Primary Election Absentee ballot request forms are available online at www.mcsafevoting.com or www.voteohio.gov. REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 8:30 P.M. ON TUESDAY, MARCH 12, 2024 AT THE: Montgomery County Board of Elections Absentee Department 451 W. Third Street Dayton, Ohio 45422 All completed absentee ballots must be received at the board office by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day to be counted. The only exceptions are: A voter from within the United States, whose ballot must be post-marked no later than the day before Election Day and received within 4 days after the election, or A voter outside of the United States whose ballot must be signed by the close of polls on Election Day and received within 4 days after the election. A voter may vote in-person at the board of elections office starting at 8:00 a.m. on February 21, 2024, until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, 2024. Complete hours listed at www.mcsafevoting.com.
