CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 10-2024 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on May 28, 2024. Ord. 67-24 Community Reinvestment Area Agreement and a Community Reinvestment Area School Compensation Agreement, which will provide property tax incentives for Professional NDE Services Group, LLC and Koehler Properties, LLC, to include an expansion of its campus located on Port Union Road and declaring an emergency. Ord. 68-24 Development Agreement with Blaze Properties Fairfield LLC, and any and all documents necessary to carryout the purposes thereof, relative to the redevelopment of 7051 and 7075 Dixie Highway in the Route 4 corridor, and declaring an emergency. Ord. 69-24 Development Agreement with Number One 1688, LLC relative to facade improvements at 5104-06 Pleasant Avenue within Fairfield's Town Center area, and declaring an emergency. Ord. 70-24 Affirm the designation of the Community Improvement Corporation of Fairfield as the City's agency for development in the City and authorizing grants totaling $3,300,000 to be made to the Community Improvement Corporation of Fairfield for public purposes, and declaring an emergency. Ord. 71-24 Contract with Fishbeck for improvement design for the Fairfield Extension of the Great Miami River Trail (GMRT) and declaring an emergency. Ord. 72-24 Electric Vehicle Charging Station Grant Application and Agreement through OKI for multiple public locations and declaring an emergency. Ord. 73-24 Contractual Appropriations: $230,000 for redevelopment at 7051/7075 Dixie Highway; $290,000 for improvement design of Fairfield extension of Great Miami River Trail; $3,300,000 for Community Improvement Corporation grants. Ord. 74-24 Non-Contractual Appropriations: $23,000 for Wastewater Division Grit Collector Rehab; $38,400 for Water Division Chemical Feed Improvement Integration; $45,000 for Fire Truck outfitting; $4,630 for Analog Call Station Emergency Phone for Harbin Park; $52,887 for Ventrac 4520 Tractor for Golf Maintenance; $73,751 for GMC Sierra 2500 for Fire Department; $20,000 for 5104-5106 Pleasant Avenue improvements. 5-31/2024
