Ord. 76-19 Cooperation Agreement for the Butler County CDBG Entitlement Program for the program years 2020- 2022 and declaring an emergency. Ord. 77-19 Agreement with the Ohio Director of Transportation for Bridge Inspection Services and declaring an emergency. Ord. 78-19 Contract with Lebanon Ford, Inc. for the purchase of two (2) staff vehicles for the Police Department. Ord. 79-19 Contract with Mohon Blastings & Coatings to repaint WTP Clarifier #4 in 2019, with City option to contract with Mohon Blastings & Coatings to repaint Clarifier #3 in 2020. Ord. 80-19 Contract with Smithcorp, Inc. for the Seward Road Water Main Replacement Project and declaring an emergency.
